 COVID-19 Information

In order to keep everyone safe, we are following the guidelines below. No exceptions will be made as everyone's safety is our highest priority.

• ALL participants and coaches will have daily temperature checks and symptom screening upon arrival. Participants with temperature at or above 100.4 degrees will be sent home
• ALL participants are required to bring their own water bottle - We will not be able to provide water to participants
• ALL participants and coaches are required to wear masks and social distance when not actively participating in drills
• Hand sanitizer will be provided and required to use upon check in and during breaks
• Shared equipment and pads will be disinfected in between groups and at the end of practice
• Groups will be limited in size and kept consistent from day to to day in order to limit potential exposure
• Attendance will be tracked for purposes of contact tracing in the event of a positive case
• If a participant has a positive COVID test, they must immediately notify their coaches so that we can notify other participants who have been exposed to that individual
• Exposed individuals are expected to quarantine for 14 days and not participate in practice

These guidelines were formed based on current guidance from the CDC, IDPH, and IHSA. Given this is a constantly evolving situation, these guidelines are subject to change and our season may be cancelled at any time based on rulings by state and local officals, or as local conditions change
