Financial assistance application

With the High Ridge Chargers, no child will ever be left behind due to financial constraints. If you are experiencing a hardship, please fill out the below application to be conisdered for financial assistance *All applications for financial assistance will be considered. Filling out an application does not guarantee you will awarded finanical assistance. Assistance will be awarded annually on a case by case basis Please note - Financial assistance is meant to cover registration fees only. Costs associated with custom uniforms or practice pants will not be waived outside of extreme hardship cases

I understand that in order to receive financial assistance that I am required to volunteer a minimum 5 hours at home games or other events
I agree to provide supporting documentation for proof of income and/or proof of free or reduced lunch programs upon request
I understand that a condition of receiving financial assistance is that I must participate in Chargers fundraising events
